Faulty Customisations Returns:

For items with faulty customisations, the return process is as follows:

1. Notification: Please inform our customer service team about the faulty customisation within 30 days of receiving your item, providing clear evidence of the fault (photos or videos) along with your order details.

2. Assessment: Our team will assess your claim of faulty customisation. If we determine that the customisation did not meet our quality standards, we will provide you with return instructions.

- Condition of Item: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
